About This Project

LYMSA builds the new FAMA facilities, an industrial warehouse of more than 20,000 square meters, located in the municipality of Yecla (Murcia).

It is a building with a metal structure, alveolar slab slab, concrete enclosures and sandwich panel. The cover is Deck type, with vents.

The facilities are distributed over 2 floors of more than 10,000 square meters (each floor) and are intended for the production of upholstery. On the ground floor there are 18 loading docks, 4 patios with main entrances and various side entrances. On the upper floor there are 2 open terraces. For communication between both floors, the warehouse has 4 stairs made with metal stringers, prefabricated concrete steps and stainless steel railings. In addition to 4 panoramic elevators.

The urbanization is made up of a paved area with more than 20,000 m2 and covered car parks with more than 200 spaces.
