FACTORY FOR SANCAL

The sofa and contract manufacturer Sancal expands its facilities with a new industrial warehouse attached to the existing one in the La Herrada industrial estate in Yecla, Murcia.
 
This new production building has an area of more than 4,500 m², built between a main industrial warehouse -divided into a basement floor with some 2,300 m² and a ground floor with almost 1,500 m²- and an office building of just over 740 m² of two plants.
 
The new warehouse follows the aesthetic line of the existing factory and has been completely linked to it. The construction is made up of more than 340,000 kilos of steel in the structure, enclosures with 16 cm prefabricated concrete panels, and a sandwich panel cover with 6 cm PIR insulation.
 
This extension reaffirms the strong development and growth of Sancal, one of Yecla’s most important, avant-garde and undoubtedly original sofa and contract design and manufacturing brands.
