In this work have been executed:

35,000 M2 – 1.2MM TPO DECK ROOF (PRODUCT GUARANTEE 15 YEARS)
3,500 M2 – MAIN FACADE + OFFICES WITH MINIONDA PROFILE ON RASTREL – HORIZONTAL PLACEMENT

Lymsa Envolventes has worked on the new facilities of an important logistics center, located in the town of Ribarroja (Valencia). A 35,000 m2 Deck-type roof has been installed with a base plate assembly, 40mm PIR insulation and a 1.2mm TPO termination sheet, with a 15-year product guarantee. The facades are simple battened with a mini-wave corrugated profile, the main facade and offices consist of 3,500 m2 in two tones, Pyrenees white and 7015 gray.
