In this work we have executed:

20,500 M2 – 1.2MM TPO DECK ROOF (PRODUCT GUARANTEE 15 YEARS)
5,000 M2 – WAREHOUSE FACADES + SANDWICH IN SITU THROUGH SELF-SUPPORTING TRAY + IBR INSULATION + ATENEA PROFILE – HORIZONTAL PLACEMENT
1,000 M2 – COMPOSITE OFFICE FACILITY

Lymsa Envolventes has worked on the new facilities of a logistics center with several adjoining warehouses located in the town of Torrente (Valencia). It consists of a 20,500 m2 deck-type roof with a base plate assembly, 80mm rock wool insulation and a 1.2mm TPO finishing sheet, with a 15-year product guarantee. The facades of the adjoining warehouses are sandwiched in situ, said sandwich is made up of a self-supporting tray assembly in a horizontal position and with a 600mm edge (this self-supporting profile means that the distance between pillars can be greater, thus alleviating the placement of auxiliary structure to support the façade) has 80mm fiberglass insulation and vertical battening together with a simple Atenea corrugated profile. The facade of the offices was executed with 4mm composite and a special anthracite gray color.
